I have a ninja air fryer /glorified toaster oven and it does not blow anything anywhere.

It’s not the recipes fault. It’s the manufacturer of the equipment.

In reply to Davy Gravy. Most air fryer accessory kits come with a rack that you can put over light weight food items from flying around the air fryer. I use mine all the time.

I don’t know about your air fryer but every one I’ve ever used blows these tortilla pieces all over the place. There’s no way to keep them from overlapping. Fail.
