My 12 year old is just never very hungry for breakfast before school. Today I put this apple crisp in front of him (yes, I know it’s supposed to be dessert!) and he gobbled it up. Thanks! It’s warm and delicious, contains fruit and oatmeal, and filled him up before he went out the door! (My husband loved it too.)

I think it would be delicious with peaches. I would suggest peeling them first.

Delishious! I used brown sugar substitute instead, as I have been experimenting with which recipes I can use with it (works well in a cake n a cup too) and it turned out amazing! It wasn’t exactly crunchy but if I wanted in the future I could make a crunchy topping. Was very nice with cream as well 🙂

IM OBSESSED WITH THIS RECIPE! Its so quick and easy and so delicous. I would add a bit more cinnamon though.
