Cards Against Humanity, but for watches? Zach & Scarlett play THE SICKNESS

Two lovers… Excuse us… Two watch lovers come together to play THE SICKNESS – a card game tailor-made for the watch community. Devised by the wonderfully twisted mind of Andrew McUtchen, THE SICKNESS, in short, is a card game for watch addicts – like Cards Against Humanity, but for watches. One of the best parts of watch enthusiasm and watch collecting is the banter between #watchfam at watch meetups and events. THE SICKNESS aims to bring out the best banter, whether over a shot of espresso or whiskey.

Back at Watches and Wonders, between “touch and try” sessions and photoshoots, Time+Tide Editor Zach Blass and Writer & Editor Scarlett Baker (Wonderland, Man About Town, British GQ) met outside the Palexpo Press Centre to play a quick round – answering everything from a cheeky question like “what watch has the most BDE?”, to deeper questions like “what moment did you most feel like a watch impostor?”

There are plenty more questions, and they are only a fraction of the total questions within THE SICKNESS deck. While you were not there in the moment to play, you can still get in on the action. As you watch, we would love for you to play along as well – so be sure to let us know your answers in the comments, and let us know if you would be interested in picking up a set yourself by leaving the comment “THE SICKNESS” so we can notify you once an official launch date is set.
